Currently, the delayed charges feature isn't available in QuickBooks Online Mobile App.
In the meantime, I recommend sending your suggestions and feedback about this feature to our product developer. Here's how:
1. Select the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Click Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4. Click Next to submit.
