buen día

estimados tengo la duda siguiente, al ir al plan de cuentas, hago click sobre una cuenta de banco, y reviso todos los movimientos, al clickear sobre una transaccion en especifico me aparece el cuadro siguiente donde surge la duda plasmada en el cuadro de color rojo:

Cuando ingresa un depósito en QuickBooks Online (QBO), puede seleccionar una cuenta bancaria y una cuenta de ingresos. Es importante tener en cuenta que el depósito no se depositará directamente en la cuenta de ingresos elegida, que es Otros Ingresos. En cambio, la cuenta de ingresos se utiliza para clasificar la fuente de los fondos depositados. La cuenta bancaria seleccionada es donde se registrará el depósito.

Cuando registra un depósito en QBO, indica que ha recibido fondos que se depositarán en la cuenta bancaria elegida. En QBO, puede especificar la cuenta de ingresos correspondiente a la fuente de los fondos, como ventas, servicios u otros ingresos. Esto es importante para rastrear con precisión el origen de los fondos y atribuirlos a la cuenta de ingresos correcta para fines contables y de presentación de informes.

Good Morning, I have 2 bank accounts and when quickly entering deposits one night i entered them into the wrong bank account how do i correct these couple error deposits? To get the funds into the correct account?

Let's fix your deposit and put it into the correct account, Acs78.

You can correct your deposit from your chart of accounts. To do so, follow the steps provided below:

Go to the Transactions menu, and then Chart of Accounts.|
Locate the account where you incorrectly deposited them.
Click View register.
Find the transaction and click Edit. Change the posting account.
Click Save.
