Description field functionality

Is anyone else having a problem recently with not being able to hit hard return while typing in the Description field in QBD Enterprise?  It used to work and within the last few weeks it just stopped working one day. It does it in the Estimates and in the Purchase Orders.  It's ALWAYS been a problem in the Vendor Bill window if you need to include ad hoc info that wasn't part of the original PO or Bill entry.

Since there is so little customization as it is, I rely heavily on being able to hit a hard return within a line on the description to draw emphasis to something.  I'm not talking about going to a next line item, but within a line.

As an example, I want one line to look like this:

"Customer wishes to order 10 pieces of xxx.

     This item is 10" x 12" x 6".

     Color is xxxx.

     Part number is xxx".

It will work as expected if I copy/paste from another source such as a Word document, but not if I'm typing within QB and hit hard return.  Instead of adding a 2nd line, it now advances to the next field.

Instead, this is what it now does:

"Customer wishes to order 10 pieces of xxx.  This item is 10" x 12" x 6".  Color is xxxx.  Part number is xxx".

I'm on the latest Enterprise Contractor 24.0 version, but this issue started happening before we upgraded.

Description field functionality

It works normally for me using both the old invoice and new invoice layouts.  Which is somewhat of a shocker.
