Do you split transactions into Business and personal in QBSE online then transfer to TurboTax Home & Business desktop?

Do you need to split the transactions into biz & personal in quickbooks online before you transfer data to TurboTax home & business desktop? or should I leave it as personal transaction and figure out the deduction in the TurboTax? For exmple, home office utilities and mortgage interests and so on.
