Does anyone have any recommendations for when Quickbooks says it is linked to a bank account but it does not pull in any of the transactions?

To clarify, what bank are you linking to QBO within the banking tab? 

In addition, before digging further, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue or narrow down the cause: 

• Clear your browser's history
• Sign out and then back in to your QBO account
• Turn your device off and then back on
• Try a different device
