Does anyone know how I would reach a live representative?

To easily get in touch with our live representative, you can do so directly through QuickBooks by using the Help icon (?). I'll be happy to walk you through the steps.

Here’s how:

1. Select (?) Help.
2. Click the Search tab and enter customer service or enter talk to an expert.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Choose either Chat with Us for live chat support or Have Us Call You to request a callback.
