Hi there, Taylor. I have a recommendation for uploading your receipts into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO has a Receipt Capture feature that allows you to scan or upload receipts. Then, it automatically extracts the data to create a transaction for you to review, edit, and match.
You can upload them from your computer or mobile device, or even from your email account. However, please avoid uploading receipts that contain sensitive or personal information, such as credit card numbers or government identifiers.
Here's how to upload receipts from your computer or Google Drive:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Navigate to the Transactions tab and select Receipts.
- Click on the Upload receipts dropdown.
- Select either Upload receipts or Upload from Google Drive. Please ensure that each image or file contains only one receipt.

You can also use the QBO mobile app or your email to capture and upload receipts. For more details, you can refer to this article: Upload your receipts.
Additionally, you might want to consider working with our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team for tips on maintaining accurate records within the program.
Let me know in the comment section if you have any further questions about managing receipts or other QuickBooks-related inquiries. I'll be around to answer them right away.
