There's a possibility that your QuickBooks subscription doesn't include project report feature, Lillian. Here are some insights regarding this matter.
Currently, the project report feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus, QuickBooks Online Advanced, and QuickBooks Online Accountant. Please note that QBO Brazil has already been discontinued. If your Brazil-based company is under a US subscription, I highly recommend upgrading your plan.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Make sure your payment info is up to date.
- In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
- Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
- Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
