You can manage withholding and billing retention by creating non- non-inventory or service item, Dee-Rose.
Currently, there isn't a direct feature to set up withholding and billing retention specifically for projects. However, you can create an item and include it as an additional line on your invoice.
Here's how:
- Navigate to Sales and choose Products & Services.
- Click on New.
- Choose Non-inventory or Service as the type.
- Input the Name and SKU (if applicable) for your product or service.
- Use the Category ▼ dropdown to pick the category that best fits your product or service.
Please note that withholding options are only available in Payroll.
