The software is tailored for freelancers, independent contractors, and self-employed individuals who primarily track income, expenses, mileage and tax estimates rather than advanced business financials like working capital.
If you need to calculate working capital, you may need to upgrade to QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, or Advanced, which provides access to financial reports like the Balance Sheet.
These reports can be exported to Excel, where you can create a customized spreadsheet for working capital.
