You can sign up for QuickBooks Online, BWH1943.

In QuickBooks Online, you can create an invoice and send them out to your donors. Make sure to sign up for QuickBooks Payments as well so your donors can pay online.

Sign up here, and check which type of subscription suits you best: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/. After signing up for QuickBooks Online, change your company type to nonprofit. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Accounts and settings.
3. Click Company on the left pane, then click the Pencil icon for Company type.
4. Select Nonprofit organization.
5. Click Save, then Done.

On the same page, click Payments on the left pane. Select Payments. In the QuickBooks Payment section, select Learn more. Check this article for detailed steps: Sign up for QuickBooks Payments.

If your donors are using QBO, they may utilize the QuickBooks Payment to send a donation against your pledge/invoice as mentioned by MaryLurleenM. They may also utilize MP to do so.
