Join nowUsing QB Desktop Pro 2109. We currently have 1 AMEX credit card account that we download/import from the AMEX site every month. We now want to be able to separate them by the cardholders so we know what each employee is charging without having to look at the actual AMEX statement, as it is separated there. We were going to add sub-acccounts with each employee's name under the main AMEX account. Example:
AMEX credit card account
John Smith
Mary Smith
