Before digging further, have you tried the steps listed in this article below in the Get your certificates and badges section:

If you have, let's try clearing your browser's history or restarting your computer.
In addition, I recommend sending a picture to us of what the download looks like when opening it.

With 2nd step i have download my certificate with with pro advisor badge.

I completed and passed the QuickBooks Online Certification Level 1 exam today. However, I’m unable to find an option to download my badge, and it does not appear in my ProAdvisor Academy History or other related sections.
Additionally, I’m unable to enroll in the Level 2 certification, as the system indicates that completing Level 1 is required.
I’ve attached proof of my passing score for your reference.

Please note that you should be able to access your badge on the My History tab within 60 minutes of passing your certification exam.
To successfully locate the option to download your badge and enroll in the Level 2 certification, we recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online Accountant account using incognito mode or another supported browser. Sometimes, web browsers store cached data and cookies, which can lead to glitches such as missing features, unresponsive buttons, or pages failing to load properly. Using incognito mode bypasses this stored data, ensuring a clean session that often resolves these issues.
