Editing a text box description

I want to remove the word address and keep the content in the address box in my estimates.

Desktop version automatically will display the customer's name and address without the description address above it, this is annoying, and I want to have the option to edit it out, any help is greatly appreciated

Btw I know how to edit content etc.

Thanks

Editing a text box description

Hi there, @JLS1216. I've got your back. I'll share some details about your concern and help you get through this so you can remove the word address in your estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I've checked here on my end and found that the option you're trying to access here in QBO is unavailable. You can consider downloading your estimates to a PDF file and editing them using the PDF application installed on your desktop.

You can also send a request to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll see your feature request and consider it on the next QuickBooks product update. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  4. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion. and then click Next.
  5. Type your email address.
  6. Once done, click Send Message.

Additionally, here's an article in case you'd like to convert your estimates and turn them into an invoice in QBO: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

You can also check this article to help you manage invoice payments in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

@JLS1216, it's been a pleasure to have you in the Community today. If you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns, don't hesitate to get back to me by clicking the REPLY button below. I'll be more than happy to help you out again. Take care, and have a great week!
