I appreciate your initiative in troubleshooting to address your concern. To further resolve this, please ensure you're using the correct company file that has the Employee Details report. Once confirmed, I recommend using another supported browser to access your QBO and view the same report.

- Click (?) Help, then proceed to the Search tab.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
- Decide how you would like to talk to an expert: Chat with us or Have us call you.
If the report is already available, you can customize it to display all the details when tracking and analyzing your employee's working information.
