I’m using QuickBooks online using Chrome with the latest updates. I link American Express using the “link account “ I select American Express. It takes me to the American Express login screen. I enter my credentials and accept t’s and c’s from Amex. I get a “your account is now linked”. It then takes me back to the QuickBooks link page at which point it starts the download. It then sends an error “we experienced in error and we’re unable to fetch information from your bank”
