Error when adding a new product or service to a Sales Receipt in the QBO app on a mobile device
As an alternative, you may snap the receipt and upload to your QuickBooks online file. Then you can log into your online account through computer and go to bank transactions > receipts and add categorization.
Sometimes an update to your phone may correct this issue and it is only temporary. I have had many issues with using the QBO app on my device and it is usually resolved with an update to QuickBooks or my phone. You may also try removing the app and re-downloading, this has also fixed my issue.
