Ever since the app update, my receipt sometimes will not get uploaded. Also will not match up QuickBooks online transactions. Anyone else have this problem?

My app will not process receipt photos like it used to. Sometimes it will upload them, and sometimes it will not. I’ve never had this problem prior to the update a couple months ago then when I go to QuickBooks online, it will not match up my receipts to the transactions. Though all the information is correct. It’s very frustrating.

I know where you're coming from, melissa157. To get a closer look at your account, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team so they can further investigate your case.

 

They have the tools to securely access your account and perform a screen-sharing session to identify the root cause of the issue. You can contact them by going to the Help menu and selecting the Assistant tab. From there, enter talk to an expert.
