Every time I try to log Time, I get the following error. I already added employees. "First, let’s add a team member They won’t be notified or invited to track time yet."

Let’s take a look at what might be happening here. Can I ask a couple of questions?

• When you are logged in to QuickBooks Time, what is the URL in the address bar of the browser?
• When you click on My Team, do you see the 4 employees that you added?

The answers to these will help determine what our next steps are. I’ll keep an eye out for your response so we can get this squared away.
