Expense history is not showing up on my page

We know it’s frustrating when your expense history doesn’t show up, especially after you’ve already tried deleting and reopening the app. Let’s go through some steps together to help you see all your expenses, Ernesto.

Before we dive in, could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing where expense history is not showing in the app? If you notice any errors, please let me know, as it would be really helpful. Any extra information you can provide will help us find the right solution for you.

Since you’re using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, ensure the app is up to date. Next, refresh your data so you have the latest information, including your expense history. Here’s how you can do that:

For Android:

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the lower right corner.
  2. Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
  3. Press Yes.

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then click General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Click Offload App.
  4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

In your expenses or transactions list, check if any filters are set, like date range, transaction type, or account. Make sure they’re set to show all dates and the right account. If you still don’t see your expenses, try logging in to QBO on the web. If your expenses show up there, the problem is just with the app and may be a deeper sync issue.

However, if you can’t see your expenses on the web version either, please reach out to our Live Chat Support. They can securely look into your account and help figure out what’s causing the problem.

Feel free to come back to this post if you have more questions about managing your expenses or anything else in QuickBooks.
