Join nowI'm using a new installation of QB Pro 2019 and trying to export the company file for a Mac. It keeps giving me an error message -15 and the export fails. Can't find any documentation about how to fix it.
Just wanted to pass along this solution I got from Intuit.
This is the utility option that says "Copy Company File for Quickbooks Mac."
1) verify data -- no problems found
2) rebuild data -- one problem found and corrected
3) try again -- it still failed
4) rebuild again -- no problems found
5) try again -- and it worked.
