Client runs payroll through my Intuit Online Payroll for Accountants. They just changed from Quick Books Desktop to Quick Books Online, setting up their own account. How do we export Intuit Online Payroll for Accountants to their Quick Books Online account? My Payroll log is will be different than the clients new Quick Books Online log in. Payroll warns that I will log out of all my Intuit accounts if I change the download e-mail in the clients payroll setup.

When you update your log in information, you'll have to log out from all of your accounts to make sure the necessary components in the account updated. Once you log in again, you’ll have to verify the account and authenticate it.
