We're unable to move invoices from one company file to another. Although, you can recreate them so they're copied in the new file. Just follow the steps give in this article on how to create them: Create an invoice in QuickBooks Desktop.
You also have an option to use a third-party app that offers importing services. You can find all accredited apps here: https://desktop.apps.com/home.
Once done, you'll want to run a Transaction List by Customer report or Invoice List report to verify that all invoices are already recorded. Here's how:
Invoice List
- Go to the Customers menu and select Customer Center.
- Proceed to the Transactions tab and click Invoices.
- Click Run Reports at the bottom of the list of invoices.
Transaction List by Customer
- Go to the Reports menu then hover your mouse to Customers and Receivables.
- Select Transaction List by Customer.
