Join nowI have been running desktop payroll since 2012. I am also being charged this year per employee. I have employees that put only 4-5 hours in a 2 week period. Everyone who works here is very part time. It is supplemental income to them. You're killing me with fees. Want to have them reduced. At the rate I'm being charged, I could hire someone to do payroll. Do you see my frustration?
What does QB do with this information. Seems unnecessary to send that information to you since we still do the reporting. Seems a lot like BIG BROTHER is watching.
I'm hoping this comment reaches the decision makers for QB Enhanced Payroll for Accountants.
I've used QB for many, many years, and I am appalled at the increase of the payroll fees doubling because some customers have misused the payroll software. To pay $1400 to renew, when I was paying $700 the last 2 years is unfair to those of us who abide by the rules of use. In addition, to also implement the forceable upgrades at an additional cost is just forcing existing customers to look elsewhere for other options.
What information are they collecting from the end of weekly payroll? I see a message that reads information sent.
