Fille a Formal complaint

I have tried to have 5 checks with their void from a payroll we did 2 days ago deleted. I have been on hold with customer service multiple times totaling over 5 hours and 2 days. I am still on hold. Why don't I have control of my own payroll?

I'd recommend reaching out again to our Customer Care team to further address your payroll concern as well as the experience with the support. You can also use other support lines like chat or posting here in the Community for any payroll issue you have. Also, our phone support operating hours are from Monday to Friday 6 am to 6 pm PT. For more details, please visit our support hours page to ensure you'll be assisted immediately. 


It's easy to track and monitor your employee information and your company's finances in QBO. To do so, you can pull up any payroll reports suit your needs. Each report has corresponding data that they display, you can also export or print them to have a handy copy that you can use as a reference.
