Hello @spirani.
Thank you for reaching out with your concern in the Community. I will provide some insights to assist you in importing fixed assets into QuickBooks Online.
Before importing CSV (Comma Separated Values) files into QuickBooks Online, it's important to ensure that the data is in the correct format and that the file isn't corrupted. Additionally, please review if there are any special characters in the text fields of MM/DD/YY that might prevent the file from being imported.
If you still encounter issues with importing, you can try using another file to successfully import.
Additionally, excessive cache accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product, which may be preventing you from importing CSV files. To address this, you can try signing in to your QBO account using a private browser or "incognito" mode. This can help your computer or device run more efficiently by preventing interference from extensions, plugins, or cookies. Here are the shortcut keys for these browsers:
You can also clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO.
Furthermore, once everything is functioning properly, here are some articles you can use to help manage and track your fixed assets, calculate book depreciation, and generate reports. Also, running financial reports provides a snapshot of your business:
You can also customize your reports to filter them for specific details and create an enhanced custom report using the new enhanced experience in QuickBooks.

Thanks for the answer but the issue is not that it won't import the file but that it won't recognize the date. Is there a certain format in excel I should be choosing? should I utilize text function for dates?
Also what is the current format to add the Depreciation and Asset accounts as this is another field that does not get recognized in my csv. The rest of the fields can recognized and properly imported.
The fields mentioned above get highlighted in RED and then I have to correct it.
