FIXED ASSET MANAGER IN ENTERPRISE 24

My Enterprise 24 contains a 2023 version of Fixed Asset Manager and does not let me export to Proseries for 2024 tax returns. Is anyone else having this issue?

FIXED ASSET MANAGER IN ENTERPRISE 24

Greetings, Npscpa. Is the export option greyed out, or have you encountered a specific error? While waiting for your response, please ensure that your Fixed Asset Manager in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2024 is up-to-date to improve the process of exporting data to ProSeries for tax returns. Let me explain further.

Updating QBDT to the latest release, Fixed Asset Manager, and ProSeries to the newest version helps the exporting of 2024 tax returns smoothly and reduces mistakes and errors. Additionally, it's possible that it could be a configuration issue that updates could be the resolution of why you can't export to ProSeries for 2024 tax returns.

You could also explore ProSeries forums to discover if others have faced similar problems and learn about their solutions.

Once this concern is resolved, you can now print a tax return.

I'm looking forward to your response about the export option to ProSeries of 2024 tax return, and if you have any other queries about tax return-related, simply hit the Reply button.

No. I have gone through hours with tech support from both the DT enterprise end and the Proseries end. The end result with both teams on my computer verified that the FAM version in my enterprise 24 is version 23 and as such, will not export to proseries 24 tax clients. Their only solution suggested was to try QBO FAM, which to me was no solution and acknowledgement of a real issue with the current version of DT FAM.

I posted this question to find out if others had the same issue. My issue was not resolved by any of your tech support people. Being a ProAdviser, I feel like the DT enterprise account 24 product included in the $8,000+ I pay to Intuit is defective and should be made to work as advertised. I would like to see this for me and, I'm assuming, the many other customers that bought this product.

I want it fixed please!
