Welcome to the Community space, @Karla77339.
I'm determined to help you generate the report you need.
It's good to know that you've seen the amounts of those fixed assets from the balance sheet report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You'll want to follow the steps below to print the report that shows further details from those amounts.
Here's how:
- Click Reports from the left menu.
- Go to the Balance Sheet report.
- From the Total column, click the amount from the Fixed asset.
- From there, you can view the Transaction report.
- To print it, click the Print icon from the upper right corner of the report.
- Tick Print to confirm.

In case you want, we also have Fixed Asset Depreciation Detail and Fixed Asset List reports in QBO. To learn more about managing your fixed assets in QBO Advanced, check this article: Add and manage fixed assets in QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Moreover, you can save your current customization settings from the report for future use by following this reference: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to return to this thread if you have further questions about the information above, specifically about reports. I'd be more than happy to answer it for you. Have a nice day.
