I am getting the following error when I print my invoices.  " the form you about to print specifies that the font Arial Rounded MT Bold which is not installed on the this system.  You may wish to install this font.  Click ok to print anyway (in which it errors out) or Cancel to skip printing this form.

How and where do I load this font on my system?

Hey there, @Mcarrara.

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you change the font used on your invoices in QuickBooks Desktop to get around the error.

Since you don’t have the Arial Rounded MT Bold installed on your desktop, we would need to customize your invoice and change the font. Here’s how:
1.    Open an invoice.
2.    Click the Formatting tab, then choose Customize Data Layout.
3.    Select Basic Customization.
4.    On the Basic Customization screen, click Change Font.
5.    Choose Arial as default.
6.    Hit OK to save the changes.

I have gone thru the steps you listed and none of the fonts are requesting Arial Rounded, they all say arial and times new roman which are mixed on my forms.  Do I have to have one specific font throughout the form?

Hello there, @dcgreen1.

Thank you for posting in the Community. I'd be happy to help share some insights about the fonts used in your invoice in QuickBooks Desktop.

The available fonts in the Invoice Template Basic Customization are all those installed on your Windows Operating System. Some of the Microsoft products that supply this font are Office 2007, Office 2007 Professional Edition and Office 2010.

To get the Arial Rounded MT Bold font installed, I recommend reaching out to the Microsoft support. They have the tools to add this to your system and help you get back to business in no time.

Once done, please follow the steps provided by my colleague, @KhimG, to make sure the font selected in the template is correct before printing the invoice.

That should point you in the right direction today. Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions about QuickBooks. I'll be happy to help you out.
