For 3 weeks now I have been unable to access my Sales Tax tab. I get this error: "The agency is partially setup. Indirecttax-10393. CS said a fix was coming. What is it?

I spent 2 hours on the phone with Support three weeks ago only to find out that this is a known issue and a fix was coming.  When is it coming.  Are your refunding some of our monthly payments?

Someone from Quickbooks reached out to me after I posted this.  They were able to go into my QB and correct an issue that was causing this problem.  They fixed a Sales Tax Agency that was causing the issue, but that agency had been in place for 2 to 3 years; so not exactly sure what caused it to go wacky, but it's fixed now.  Thank you.
