Fraudlent charge

I have an unauthorized charge to my bank account from Intuit Bill Pay for $1000. This needs to be refunded immediately. I can be reached at [email address removed] or [removed]. It's been impossible to reach a representative by phone. The automated service sends me in circles.

I understand how you must be feeling right now, dcritchelow. I would have felt the same way if I had gone through the same issue. I can route you to the support to help manage your fraudulent charge.


Before proceeding, let's use the Lookup a Charge tool to gather more information regarding Intuit charges to your credit card or bank account.


Here's how:


  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Gear icon in the upper left and choose Subscription and billing under Profile
  2. From there, you'll see all active subscriptions. 


If you can't find the reason for your charge, I recommend reaching out to Customer Support again to help you with this Intuit charge.


Here's how to reach them:


  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
