Glitch?

Using QuickBooks online on the iPhone app and it will not allow me to open an invoice from the customer transaction screen.

Since you're unable to open invoices in your mobile app, I'd initially recommend offloading the apps data. Sometimes this cached data can cause issues, and clearing it can alleviate those problems.
 

Here's how to offload data:
 

  1. Go to your Settings app.
  2. Access the General section, then tap iPhone Storage.
  3. Once everything loads, scroll down and find your QuickBooks app.
  4. Open it, then select Offload App.

 

Afterwards, turn the device off, then back on, and try accessing an invoice in your QuickBooks app again. If you're still unable to open it, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. To do so, touch and hold an app on your Home Screen, then tap Delete App. Once it's been uninstalled, you can open the app store and reinstall it.

In the event it continues occurring after performing these troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
