We aim to enhance the presentation of your invoices and estimates. If you're transitioning from QuickBooks Desktop, or if you're looking to improve the readability of your documents in QBO. We understand that the appearance of your invoices and estimates can significantly impact how they are perceived by your clients.
Although QBO doesn't directly support grid lines, we'll show you alternative method to create and organized documents.
Here's how:
1. Navigate to Sales and choose Invoices.
2. Pick the customer whose invoice you wish to edit.
3. Next to the chosen customer, Click on Edit.
4. In the item list, skip the second item and then, in the description, press Shift and press the underline function on your keyboard.
5. Click Save and Close to apply the changes.
