This will allow you to perform all the necessary tasks and access all the required information. If the issue persists, you'll want to upgrade your QuickBooks software. This is because the support for QuickBooks 2021 and all add-on services will be ending on May 31, 2024. By upgrading, you will also gain access to the latest features that QuickBooks Desktop has to offer.
