Group/Bundle Line Items QB Desktop Enterprise 21

HI,

I am looking to see how to group Line Items so they all appear as 1 Line Item on the customer Invoice.
I have tried the 'List/Item List/New" but don't see Group as an option, and all the other instructions I found were for the Online version.  I should note that I am not an admin, so not sure of that is why.
The Acctg Team (Admins) says we  can't bill against different line items, which is what we(Finance) want, without all those lines showing up on the customer invoice.  Since I know grouping/bundling is an option, I am just trying to get some direction on how to do that in our version, so I can ask the Accounting Team to try it out.

Any help is appreciated!

I appreciate the details, atowriss. I also understand the importance of this for you. Rest assured that I'll be with you in this.

Regarding your role as Finance, please ensure that you have been granted Full access level by your Admin. This will allow you to perform all the necessary tasks and access all the required information. I suggest you confirm with your Admin about your access level to avoid any potential issues or delays in your work.

If the issue persists, you'll want to upgrade your QuickBooks software. This is because the support for QuickBooks 2021 and all add-on services will be ending on May 31, 2024. By upgrading, you will also gain access to the latest features that QuickBooks Desktop has to offer.

To help manage your products and services, I'm adding this link for a guide: Add, edit, and delete items.
