Thanks for sharing the details of your concern, @concrate1.

I'm here to provide some insights about printing your checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The printing of checks will depend on the settings you've set up for your printers. Some printers print pages in reverse order by default. That said, I recommend checking the manual that came with your printer for steps to adjust your printer Properties settings.

After that, you can follow the steps outlined in this article to set up your print settings in QBO: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, check out this resource for additional reference with fixing common printing problems in QuickBooks: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

Let me know if you have follow-up questions about printing checks in QBO. I'm always around to help you out. Stay safe!

That is not the issue.  I ordered the checks printed numerically backwards to how our system works.  I am trying to find a "quick fix" other than hand sorting them anytime I use them.  I feel certain there are other customers that have made this same error.  I explained this issue to 4 different Intuit people when I called the number on my check order.  I am trying to see how others have solved this problem.

Thanks for getting back to us, concrate1.

The Page order preference location may vary. Some printers print pages in reverse order by default (or printing the last page first). You may want to check the documentation that came with your printer for instructions to change the printer Properties settings.

If you can't locate the page preferences, I recommend contacting your printer's manufacturer for further assistance.

You may also consider getting a reusable Intuit Forms Leader to avoid paper jams in your printer.

Thank you again for your response; however the answer is not addressing what my question is I called a local print shop to see if they could run the checks through their machines to change the print order. They suggested I contact Intuit. Our general account checks are set up to print perfectly in the numerical order that they were printed by Intuit. The payroll checks were printed numerically opposite, by my order error. To flip settings back and forth for check printing between accounts would be as time consuming as hand inverting them. I feel certain there are other Intuit customers that ordered their checks incorrectly as well. I don’t need to know how to adjust my printer settings. I need to know if another customer has found a way to effectively and quickly reverse the order of the checks themselves. ie: print shop can reverse them by using “x” machine on “x” setting.
