Has anyone else been running into problems since last update? Transactions partially matched and posted transactions still showing need to match. Im wasting so much time.

Why aren't my matched transactions staying in the posted pile? They keep coming back to haunt me. So I'll go delete the deposit so that i am able to match them again. It is taking up so much of my time and stressing me out. Also, why do my transactions keep getting partially matched? Someone please help me out here.

Hi, brownsgaragedoor1. I completely understand how frustrating and time-consuming it can be when matched transactions don’t stay resolved and keep reappearing for review. One potential reason for these syncing issues could be related to maintenance or updates at your bank’s end.

When banks update their systems or conduct maintenance, it can affect how transactions are integrated with third-party platforms like QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend reaching out to your bank institution for clarification on whether there’s been any recent maintenance or issues that may have impacted how transactions sync with QuickBooks.

You can also contact our Live Support team directly to help verify your account and find out why QuickBooks might be re-syncing the same transactions repeatedly. They’ll be able to dive deeper into your account settings and provide tailored assistance.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon.
  3. Use the QB Assistant or the Search tab to ask a question.
  4. Type Contact Us to connect with an expert.

Please feel free to return to this thread if you have further questions or other queries. We'll be here to assist you.
