Additionally, in regards to requesting a callback from us, the callback option is only available for a specific type of concern. To isolate this try entering callback from the What can we help you with? field.
Let me guide you how:
- Go to the (?) Help menu.
- Select the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter Callback from in the What can we help you with? box and click Continue.
- Then choose the Have us call you option.
