Has anyone else lost the option to get a callback?

I no longer have an option to ask for someone to call me back regarding issues outside of payroll. Anyone else experiencing this? I have been trying to get help for 2 days

I’m here to help and get you back in running. Can you share with me what specific issue you’re having with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? This way, I’ll be able to provide you with the right resolution. Any additional information you’d share is much appreciated.

 

Additionally, in regards to requesting a callback from us, the callback option is only available for a specific type of concern. To isolate this try entering callback from the What can we help you with? field.

 

Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter Callback from in the What can we help you with? box and click Continue.
  5. Then choose the Have us call you option.
