Has anyone found a way to categorize income on the new PayPal connector app? I am unable to categorize my donations (income) ever since I updated to the connector.

The another way to add the category through Paypal is the Transactions for review, sara107. Here, you can find and categorize products linked to your PayPal account. I can guide you through the navigation process

Here's how:

1. Select the Transactions tab then App transactions.
2. Scroll down and click the For review.
3. Locate the transactions you want to categorize.
4. Click the dropdown arrow next to the blank box of the transactions.
5. When clicking on a transaction dropdown arrow it will expand it to show categorization options for QBO
   • Info directly from PayPal -
     • PayPal details - Transaction ID, Paid By, Transaction amounts(summary)
     • Products Services - detailed breakdown of each item
6. Scroll down, and you will find the product linked to your PayPal account that needs to be categorized.
