After you delete and recorded the tax payment manually, ensure that the dates are recorded accurately so they'll show up in the bank reconciliation page.
While this is just a workaround, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll live support again to notify them about this issue for them to look into the solution. Here's how:
- head to this link: Contact Us.
- Select QuickBooks Online Payroll product and click Continue.
- Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
When you're ready to close out the year, consider closing your books to prevent unwanted changes before filing your taxes.
