How do I hide the shortcuts on the side on the screen of my iPad, I’m sure they were not there before.

Please see screenshot attached.
I used the app on my iPad a few days ago, issued an invoice no problem. Logged in yesterday and there is a whole new look to the app, or my view of it. I can’t seem to write an invoice or estimate like I used to or see a taxes tab on the app.
Any help is very much appreciated.
