When you encounter error 324 with an account you've already set up in QuickBooks, it means there's an issue with its connection.
There's a few possible reasons why this could occur:
- You closed your bank or credit card account.
- Your bank or credit card company issued a new account or credit card.
- Your bank or credit card company changed the account or moved it to a new server.
- You changed the account name or other info on your bank or credit card company's website.
The good news is you can fix this error by updating and checking the connection.
Here's how:
- In your left navigation bar, go to Banking.
- Click Update.
- If you still see the error, look for a banner on your Banking or Transactions menus, then select its Check connections link and follow the presented steps.
