Health Insurance Set Up to pay at end of the month for upcoming month

So we are an S-Corp.  My husband and I own the company, and we have a few employees.  We offer health insurance and we pay a portion of the premiums for each employee.  I have set up the payroll item for the employee's portion as a liability.  We have to pay at the end of the month for the upcoming month.  When I set up the deductions for the employee share, the only option was to choose a scheduled payment for monthly for the previous month.  So now when I go in to pay the liabilities, there is a credit from the previous month showing and removing some of the current employee's portion from the liability payment.  How can I get this to be set up so I can make my end-of-month payment for the upcoming month and not have that credit show there from the previous month's payment?

Health Insurance Set Up to pay at end of the month for upcoming month

Hello there, llee0429.

I can see how you wanted to set up the end-of-month payment for the upcoming month in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). However, this option is currently unavailable in the product.

We want to comprehend your preferences for the application. Thus, extend this concern to our product development team by sending feedback directly to them. I recommend you send feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, we can comprehend what our customer demands for the application.

Here’s how:

  1. At the top, select the Help menu.
  2. Choose to Send Feedback Online then click Product Suggestion.
  3. Type in your feedback or feature request.
  4. Click the Send Feedback button.

Moreover, I recommend you consult your accountant on how to account for the credit from the previous month not to appear in the upcoming month.
