Hello. I keep receiving email notifications that says “new document from your accountant” but she hasn’t sent anything. It’s two days in a row around same time non stop

Those emails received with intervals of about a minute like a bunch and then just stop

Hello. I keep receiving email notifications that says “new document from your accountant” but she hasn’t sent anything. It’s two days in a row around same time non stop

When you're receiving this constant stream of automated emails for two days straight, it can also raise serious security concerns, Info2263.

Since you've already verified that your accountant has not sent the documents, these emails indicate that they are spam.

To avoid any inconvenience, I suggest you do not open or click on any links in these emails. Instead, block the sender and mark the emails as spam or junk. This will help your email provider identify and filter similar messages in the future.

Additionally, official emails from a company like Intuit will always come from a secure, company-owned domain, typically ending in @intuit.com. Visiting this page to know the best ways to stay safe: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

If you think you have received a phishing email related to Intuit, visit the Intuit Online Security Center and select Contact Us. Scroll to the Security section to make a report.

Let me know in the Comment section if you have other concerns.
