While Community is a public forum, we're unable to do an outbound call. However, you can arrange a callback from our Support Specialist by going to the Help icon at the top right of your QBO account and they'll call you within five minutes after you've confirmed it.
Here's how to contact our support team:
1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
2. Enter the keyword of your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
3. After adding some insight, tick on the Let's talk button.
4. Lastly, select the Get a callback button to arrange a call from them.
You can also click Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
