I am having problems with the withholding on my payroll. I have contacted the Help Center over 6 times in the last 4 weeks, both chat and call back. I have NEVER received a call back and the chat just sits there with no response. I don't know what to do.
Over the last few months when I contact Intuit/QB and ask for a return phone call it never happens. Even if I go into Chat a person will join the chat but will never reply. I type questions in or maybe a "hello" and that person never comes back with an answer. I have stayed in the chat for 20 minutes waiting with no response. How am I supposed to get in tough with a real person?

I meant the technical issue you're seeing, not your (completely typical and normal) experience with Intuit Support.
