Hi @Tm007, I'll share details about your books.

Complexity Score is a determination that covers the scope of support our Live Bookkeeping can provide. This is determined mostly by the revenue a business can make in a certain time.

Even if you've already reached out to our support, I still recommend contacting them for additional resources regarding with your complexity score: Contact QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper.

You may also read this reference to learn more about the QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping service: QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping FAQs.

Let me know in the comments if you've got questions other than working with your books. I'll be here ready to lend a hand. Take care always!

Help

First thank you for the timely response! I have been trying to talk to someone about this at Quickbooks support and have been put on hold over and over again. As far as revenue we are a single income couple and if you know anything about ranching it comes with a lot of financial struggles. Trust me an abundance of revenue is not the problem. I sent them all statements that they needed actually went through and itemized bank and cc statements. Literally weeks and hours of work. After all that they told me they couldn’t help me. Plus I have already been charged $500 fee for reorganizing books, $200 online bookkeeping fee and monthly online fee. The bookkeeper could not tell me anything about why I was turned down. I am extremely frustrated and it is a waist of time to try to talk to a human in support. I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had!
