Let me share additional information about QBO supportability.

QuickBooks Online supports most countries in North America, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. You can visit this page to view the complete list of supported countries: Choose your country.

The programming interface and main functionality of each version are almost the same, which is to keep track of daily accounting. Although, they can differ in running payrolls and tracking the taxes since each region has a different set of rules and regulations.

Additionally, some UI terms may appear slightly different in other countries, but the functionality still remains the same. To know more about their differences, you can visit the link I've listed above and then click the flag of the chosen country.
