Hi I've added a few hundreds of tags and today it says you have reached your limited of tags you can create , why it is limited ???

I'll share details about the Tag feature's usage limit in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and how to manage them accordingly, @jamilss-gmail-co. 

Usage limits are the maximum number of things (i.e., tags) you can have at one time in QuickBooks. Depending on your subscription, you have a specific usage limit. With tags, you can create up to 40 groups and they can contain up to 300 tags in total. Since you've reached your limit, you may consider upgrading your plan to QBO Advanced where you can have unlimited tag groups. Also, when you go over your tags limit, you can have some of them deleted. To do this, here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Tags.
3. Find the tag or tag group you want to delete.
4. Under the Action column, select Delete group or Delete tag.
5. Click Delete to confirm.
