Hi @cynthia43, in QuickBooks Time, the clock-in history can be viewed in the Approvals and Time Entries menu by assigned employees and admins and is not available in the Kiosk.
Currently, this history is inaccessible in the Time Clock Kiosk, although I recognize how vital it is for employees to view their time log history. As it stands, the feature only allows them to log their activities.
To enhance your experience, I recommend sharing your feedback with our engineers. This can help inform them of the demand for this feature, which aids employees in reviewing their time logs. Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Time.
- Click the Question mark icon on the top right.
- Select Suggest Idea.
- Enter your idea, then select Send Idea.
Please note, that the implementation of new features often relies on customer demand. Therefore, the more requests received, the more likely it is our engineers will consider adding this feature.
