Do you mean you wish to download older statements for that credit card from your financial institution's website? The steps to accomplish this will vary based on the bank you're using. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend using the bank site's Search Bar and entering QuickBooks. Many financial institutions can offer steps specific to their platform for obtaining transaction data.
Once you've obtained the credit card transactions you need, you can upload them to QBO like so:
Uploading Credit Card Transactions
- From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Banking tab. On the Update drop-down, select File Upload.
- Click Browse and select the CSV file you downloaded.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to import your transactions.
